We are a small Independent bakery specializing in artisan breads, bespoke cakes & patisserie. We pride ourselves on creating products full of flavor, baking for those with allergies/ food intolerance, using local and unrefined produce when possible. The bakery was founded late 2016 by Amy & Louise and started trading 2017, even though the bake house is coming up to its 1st year anniversary Amy & Lou have been in the industry for over 11 years. The dream is to have a little shop where people can buy fresh baked goods made with the best ingredients we can find and share our passion of baking with the locals.
