Time to reflect

Hello guys, it is currently 00:45 am 29th of December 2017 and i'm wide awake because my brains so busy thinking of different macaron flavors and I've been binge watching Buffy. Its not so bad though because its giving me time to reflect on this past year, our FIRST year trading as Amy Lou Bakehouse.
Myself and Amy have been best friends for many years and have had 11 years of catering experience mainly chef work and baking, but starting a business from scratch was something else. A Lot has changed for us both in this past year and the learning curve was well...a pretty big curve! but looking back on how far we have come in less than a year i'm so proud of what we have achieved and the support we have received from you guys is incredible!

We are having some time in January to get our creativity on and design and test bake some new products! [watch this space] and the plan is to hopefully become apart of a regular market on Saturdays, fingers crossed :) so some big steps for our little bakery in the new year which is super exiting! But i am just taking this opportunity to reflect after a busy Christmas and be happy and grateful for how our first year has gone.
Amy & myself are so grateful to our family, friends, customers, local businesses and The princes trust, we would just like to say a huge THANK YOU! for the kindness and support you have shown us.
I hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas! we will see you in the new year!
